This proposal outlines how we can use the power of short-form content, video podcast/show & creators around the world to help VP Kamala Harris & Gov. Tim Walz win the online media war & save Democracy.

Phase 1: Build

Craft the ideal show, and surrounding content engine, to help the Harris / Walz ticket reach the ideal audiences; especially in swing states. Start producing related short-form content within the first 5 days to publish across YouTube and all social platforms.

Build and launch a podcast on YouTube, Spotify and Apple within 14 days so Kamala & Tim have also a direct relationship to voters (that doesn’t change at the whims of the algorithms).

Phase 2: Optimize & Scale

Optimize

Once we see what content is getting reception (measured by click-through rate, impressions & retention), we’ll create multiple creative pods to expand into those content pillars where we’re seeing traction.

Each creative pod will have a project manager, video editor, designer and distributor. Structure & responsibilities:

  • Handle one account (across IG, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and Facebook)
  • PM: find the right parts to clip & generate scripts
  • Editors & Designer: 15 clips/day
  • Distributor: Post/schedule across channels (up to 75 clips/day)

Besides that, we will have a team that includes brand, creative architecture, and data analysis that works across creative pods.

By constantly measuring (example for a YouTube channel below), optimizing & creating tight feedback loops; each pod will be able to optimize the content that they’re creating. For example:

Scale

Our initial goal will be to have each pod create 15 clips and publish 75 clips/day (across different social platforms). That’s 2,250 clips/month.

There’s two ways we can scale this; more creative pods (linear) and a tech/AI enabled Blitz strategy (exponential).

Here’s an example if we expand linearly through more creative pods. Let’s say we build 25 creative pods:

Total team = 25*4 = 100 (excluding the ops/management layer)

Clips / day = 1,875

Clips / month = 56,250

GPU Breakdown

We have two tasks: 1) fine-tuning and 2) generation/inference. We'll need both text generation via LLMs and image generation but the bottlenecks are mostly graphical so tailor performance based on image generation. We assume it takes 30 iterations to generate a single image.

Assuming that each additional fine-tuning design+prompt consists of 150 images+text, this is the estimated performance & cost breakdowns.

We use dual H100s for redundancy and since they do scale relatively linearly, it would also halve the fine-tuning time. If one dies, we can still do the processing. Any time not used to train/tune can be used for inference.

We use the cost effective RTX 6000 Adas for the generation but not to train.

B-Tier Dream Scenario

  • 2x nVidia A100 80gb pcie
  • 8x nVidia RTX 6000 Ada 48gb

  • 8x concurrent designers

Same configuration as the S-Tier but with the lower cost A100s.

C-Tier Dream Scenario

  • 8x concurrent designers while not training

We use only the cost-effective inference setup and also train with it. It cannot train while generating and vice versa.

D-Tier Basic Scenario

  • 1x nvidia RTX 6000 Ada 48gb
